As the first point of contact for routine customer service or terminal/PC issues the impressions we leave with customers are key to their perceptions of our department and/or of our company. Vanguard Payment Systems operates all of its Customer Service Help Desks on a “single call resolution” philosophy and the goal is to deal with each situation to complete resolution on the initial call.

Our customer service Help Desk operates in Atlanta, GA. They are available for routine and general inquiries, technical support and critical/exceptional issues at any time. Our Help Desk aspires to be the number one in the industry by providing quality service and meeting the industry standards of 5% or less abandoned with all calls answered within 30 seconds or less. Our team strives to create the value-added services necessary to maintain long-term partnerships with our clients.
