program. Vanguard will be responsible for all underwriting guidelines
and approvals for your business accounts. In the event a customer does
not meet the minimum requirements for approval of a merchant account,
the Financial Institution has the option of taking the liability for
the account by signing a Letter of Indemnity. Vanguard understands the
importance of maintaining an open line of communication with our
Financial Institutions.
Local Representation
As business dictates, Vanguard will provide local representation in
your Financial Institution's geographical area. Our representatives
work on behalf of the Financial Institution and are trained
